That is a fantastic answer! It left me in a quandary as to what it might mean so I feel it might be B, because I can’t see any logic or reason to its invention! It certainly is a humdinger of a word!

I choose A because it has quo which is sort of like quote, which is sort of like speech. Follow the logic, ha?!
