Weekend Book Buzz – 30/31 March 2019

Welcome to the Weekend Book Buzz. It’s taken most of March, but I think it’s safe to say autumn has arrived here in the Hunter Valley in New South Wales. One of the things about living in Australia, though, is that the minute the weather turns a little bit cooler, the kids think it’s “freezing” and out come the gloves and the beanies and the scarves etc… which is exactly what happened in our house this morning.

Now, to put this in perspective for you, our temperatures are still in the 20s (Celsius—high 60s and 70s Fahrenheit). Lol. But I guess that can feel pretty cool when you’ve been used to 30+ temps for months (80s and 90s Fahrenheit). I did at least crack out a long-sleeve top today, and they haven’t seen the light of day for a while around here.
