Happy Tuesday, reader friends, and welcome to another Top Ten Tuesday post thanks to That Artsy Reader Girl. Today’s topic brought all sorts of possibilities with it: Book Titles with Numbers in Them.
Being the somewhat OCD person that I am, the idea of finding books with the numbers one to ten was irresistible, but I decided to create a little anticipation by counting down rather than counting up (because that always seems more exciting somehow. Or maybe that’s just me…)
Anyway, it seems books with numbers in the title tend to fall into the mystery/suspense/thriller category more often than not, so you’ll find a lot of those types of books in this list, with one or two notable exceptions. 🙂
I’ve only read a few of these, so I’d love to know which ones you’ve read and what you thought. After reading the descriptions, there are a few I’d love to check out!
ZERO, BLAST OFF!
Know of some other great books with numbers in the title? I’d love to hear them!
Debbie Macomber’s Cedar Cove book series (that inspired the show on Hallmark Channel) are all numbered books–and of course they’re terrific: 16 LIGHTHOUSE ROAD 204 ROSEWOOD LAND 311 PELICAN COURT 44 CRANBERRY POINT 50 HARBOR STREET 6 RAINIER DRIVE 74 SEASIDE AVENUE 8 SANDPIPER WAY 92 PACIFIC BOULEVARD 1022 EVERGREEN PLACE 1105 YAKIMA STREET 1225 CHRISTMAS TREE LANE
I feel like I read We Are Now Six when I was a kid, but I don’t remember anything about it. Must reread it sometime. 🙂
My TTT.
I have not read any of these, but am so happy to see an A.A. Milne title on your list.

There are a few series that could have filled the post on their own!
Oh you did such a good job with the countdown! I totally spaced out on The Woman in Cabin 10 and I even have that on my shelf! Great list <3
so fun! I immediately thought of Sondra Kraak’s Love that Counts series… so far she’s up to four. 😉
One of the first I thought of too, but that felt a bit like cheating 😬
Winnie the Pooh! I have a collection of some of these stories that I read to my children. Here is my Top Ten Tuesday.
Nicely done, Katie 🙂
