Welcome to another Top Ten Tuesday post, thanks to That Artsy Reader Girl. This week we’re talking about characters we would follow on social media, and I have to say that was a bit of a tough one for me. For starters, some of my favourite characters are black ops, so their social media would either be non-existent or it would simply say, “I’d tell you, but then I’d have to kill you.” Lol!
However I have managed to cobble together a list for you. I’m even starting to wish I really could follow some of these characters on social media!
Lord Peter Wimsey
I’ve recently been reliving my love of Lord Peter Wimsey, created by Dorothy L. Sayers, with a friend who’s been reading the series for the first time. Sayers is an incredibly intelligent writer, and Peter’s character definitely benefits from that. I imagine he would have had some wonderfully pithy tweets to share if such a thing had existed in his time!
Zac Wilson
Daredevil Zac Wison is already a social media celebrity thanks to his crazy stunts, so why wouldn’t I follow him? 🙂
Torin Monaghan
I am of the firm belief that this man needs to demonstrate his log rolling skills on YouTube. I don’t know whether YouTube technically counts as social media, but I also don’t care. 😊
Mama Mitchell
The world of social media needs the wise voice of Mama Mitchell, so you bet I’d be following her (and hoping she posts occasional pictures of her scrummy home cooking!).
Sarah Hollenbeck
It wouldn’t matter what Sarah Hollenbeck decided to post about; it would be guaranteed to be entertaining!
Garr Wulfrith
What this guy doesn’t know about medieval warfare isn’t worth knowing, and I love the way he fires succinct tailor-made lessons at each squire he trains. For example, “Lesson seven: Do not make vows you cannot keep.” I’d follow him just to see him put some of those internet trolls in their place! 😁
Rachel Bishop
Mm-mm. Inspire your palette by following Denver chef Rachel Bishop and her exclusive Saturday Night Supper Club. This would be a fabulous Instagram account!
Camdyn Taylor
You know those people who manage to find adventures in the most unlikely of places, like going for a jog or stopping at a service station to use the facilities. That’s Camdyn Taylor. No matter what she’s doing, you can be pretty sure she’s going to get a story out of it that’s worth sharing on social media!
Ti Russo
Everyone needs to follow someone artsy on social media, even if it’s just to get a different point of view on life. And if they can throw in some sass along the way, all the better!
Lady Rosamund Easling
Follow the adventures of a young English lady who leaves behind the world of estates and tradition for a life as a trick rider in the Ringling Brothers’ Circus? Well, who wouldn’t?!
Which characters would you follow on social media and why?
Mama Mitchell sounds like she’d love Pinterest or Instagram to share recipes (and photos) of her food.

I’ve not read any of these, but Garr Wulfrith sounds great! Here is our Top Ten Tuesday
