It’s that time of year again! Can you believe we’re already half-way through 2017?! And so, naturally, this week’s topic from the girls at The Broke and the Bookish is Best Books in 2017 so far. I’m limiting myself to new releases for this post, so in order of release, here are my Top Ten Picks for the first half of 2017:

Note: Book covers in the sections below are affiliate links with Amazon. It does not cost you any extra to purchase through these links, but I do earn a teensy tiny commission on the sale, which helps in the running of this site. 🙂

Review links: Mark of the King,  Begin Again,  The Illusionist’s Apprentice

Katie Katie KATIE!!! Thank you so much for placing JTWYA on your list! And thank you for being a wonderful encourager!! You have such a SWEET heart!

  3. Thank you! This helps me prioritize some of the books on my nightstand “book tower.” 🙂 I’m so happy Turtles in the Road made your list! It’s such a fun read. I enjoyed A Season to Dance as well.

    • Always happy to help. And I am still SOOOO grateful you suggested Turtles in the Road to me. It’s going to be a reread for sure! Glad you enjoyed A Season to Dance. 🙂

What some great books you have here! We have similar tastes. I’ve read 5 of your 10, I have 5 more waiting for me to read them, and 5 I either have on my wish list or I’m going to add them now! I love your creative math! 😀
