This week’s prompt is technically Books I Wish I Had Read as a Child, but I’ve just given it a slight twist and made my post about Children’s Classics I Missed in my Childhood. When I thought about some of the books I would include in my list, I found I didn’t necessarily wish I had read them in my childhood, sometimes because I think I had a much greater appreciation for the story when discovering it as an adult, and sometimes because I’ve enjoyed discovering these classics alongside my own children.
