Welcome to another Top Ten Tuesday post, thanks to That Artsy Reader Girl. This week’s prompt is One Word Titles, and I’ve come up with a pretty random selection for you today. Let me tell you how my process went for this post.
“Oh, cool! Three of my favourite authors have whole SERIES that are one word titles.”
“Oh, I actually have to choose which Ronie Kendig series to feature. Hmm… Maybe Abiassa’s Fire, since I mention the Discarded Heroes series quite a bit.”
“Hmm. Now I have to come up with more single-word titles. I know! I’ll just scroll through my Kindle library and list the first seven one-word titles I come across.”
“Okay… so these titles are going to be REALLY random. Lol!”
And they really are random. Some I’ve read (including the three series I’ve listed), others are still waiting in my TBR. And they represent a pretty wide range of genres!
Series 1 – ABIASSA’S FIRE by Ronie Kendig
Series 2 – AGE OF CONQUEST by Tamara Leigh
Series 3 – MONTANA MARSHALLS by Susan May Warren
(Final book in the series, RUBYJANE not pictured since it’s two words!)
Totally random one-word titles from Katie’s Kindle
Promised by Leah Garriott Faithful by Carol Ashby Ulysses by James Joyce
Reclaimed by Jennifer Rodewald Firebird by Kathy Tyers Paranormia by Paul Regnier Foundlingsby Matthew Christian Harding
Got any one-word titles you think I should add to my collection? I’d love to hear your suggestions!
I haven’t heard of any of these titles but you can bet some of them are going on my TBR now! I’m loving all these covers — especially for Age of Conquest 😍 These are defo the kinds of covers that’ll get me to pick up a book! Great list 🙂
I have a lot!

The Age of Conquest series sounds interesting! Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.
I adore randomness! 🙂 How about Kept by Sally Bradley? It’s a good one. 😉
Oh, yes! Loved that one!
