Top Ten Tuesday – Covers To Make You Hungry (or Thirsty)

Posted 1 September 2020 by Katie in Top Ten Tuesday / 7 Comments

After a long break while we moved home, I’m finally getting back in the swing of things around here again! This week’s Top Ten Tuesday prompt, thanks to That Artsy Reader Girl, is a foodie-themed prompt. Technically, it’s Books That Make Me Hungry, but I stopped at front covers! I didn’t want to overwork myself after all that moving. 😉

So this week, I’m featuring covers that have food or drinks pictured on the cover. And I was surprised that there were far fewer covers in my collection than I expected. But I think I’ve come up with a nice selection of tastes to stimulate your taste buds, so I’d love to know which cover appeals to you most based on the food or drink pictured. I’m having trouble deciding between that bowl of strawberries and the pie on the last cover. Mmm-mm! Have a great week!

Brunch at Bittersweet Cafe  Carla Laureano

  1. Yep, you did a great job making me hungry 🙂 Weirdly, the book that made me the most thirsty was DRY by Neal Shusterman. It’s about a severe drought and the author’s descriptions of people’s desperation for water made me SOOOO glad to have water easily available. I guzzled water constantly while I read it!

    Happy TTT!
