Top Ten Tuesday – Fictional Travel For Those Stuck at Home

Welcome to another Top Ten Tuesday post, thanks to That Artsy Reader Girl. Today’s prompt is a genre freebie—almost as good as a complete topic freebie. And as pretty much anyone reading this post is likely stuck at home thanks to Covid-19, I figured there was no better time for a list of books that will take you far away from those four walls you keep staring at!

Many of these novels involve travel by the main character(s), but some are simply set in another time and place. I’ve stuck to non English-speaking cultures and have included a variety of genres from romance through to suspense, historical through to contemporary, so there should be something here for everyone!
