First Line Friday – An Uncommon Woman (Laura Frantz)

Happy Friday, book lovers, and welcome to First Line Friday hosted by Hoarding Books. I’m in a super busy season at the moment (as evidenced by a deplorable lack of posts on my blog recently!), hence I’m being more organised than usual about our book club read this month. I’m about to start Laura Frantz’s An Uncommon Woman a whole WEEK before book club meets. Yes, you read that correctly. A whole WEEK! None of this starting-it-the-day-before-book-club nonsense this month. 🤣 

Ahem. But seriously, we will be getting the keys to our brand new home next Tuesday (a whole month earlier than expected!), so my life has been all about organising tradies (Aussie-speak for tradespersons, eg electricians, floor layers, etc) to do all the finishing touches on our home. Not to mention getting ready to move again. Exciting times!
