Welcome to the Weekend Book Buzz, reader friends! This time next week, it will officially be spring here in Australia. Yipeeeeee! (I’m not a winter girl, in case you haven’t picked that up.) We’ve already been getting a taste of some warmer days here, so I’m looking forward to that continuing, but most of all, I’m looking forward to saying goodbye to windy weather. August is always such a windy month here, and I’m tired of getting static electricity…

I was part of a festival choir that performed at Christ Church Cathedral in Newcastle—and the bonus perk was listening to and catching up with a dear friend from my university days who now lives in the UK. My heart is full!
